The OneVu service operates with two online banking groups, Lloyds TSB and Royal Bank of Scotland, for which we have around 300 million bills under management. Together, these banks provide access to around 40% of the UK’s Internet bankers. Other major high street banks are undergoing development with OneVu or are in advanced discussion with us.
Lloyds TSB began offering an initial ‘Bill Manager’ service to their four million Internet banking customers in November 2006. The service is now undergoing significant enhancement. In the coming months, it will gain increased visibility by being featured in top-level Internet Banking navigation. Further, the service is being rebranded ‘MyView’ to incorporate additional functionality outlined in New applications. These will include mobile phone top-ups and utility meter reading updates. OneVu has also worked with Lloyds TSB to develop its mobile banking service and is a Lloyds TSB Platinum supplier.
Royal Bank of Scotland Group, with its RBS and NatWest brands, went live with ‘Bill Management’ in April 2007 and offers the convenience of OneVu to around three million online banking customers. For an enhanced user experience it will also rebrand the service ‘MyView’ with similar functionality to Lloyds TSB.
